Photos into a PDF without a cloud print queue

Each still becomes one PDF page, sized to that image, written with pdf-lib in the tab. Add order is page order. PNG and WebP are accepted even though people search “JPG to PDF.” HEIC stills belong on the HEIC converter’s PDF tab.

This is not OCR and not an ID-photo spec. Phones still save some stills sideways — check rotation before you send. If you already have other PDF pages, convert here then Merge PDF, still local.

How many images go into one PDF?
As many as you add. Each still becomes one page, sized to that image, in add order. Remove and re-add to reorder. PNG and WebP are accepted here too — the slug is JPG to PDF because that is the search, not a JPEG-only filter.
Should I use this or the HEIC converter’s PDF tab?
iPhone HEIC stills belong on the HEIC converter (JPG / PNG / PDF tabs on one page). This page is for JPEGs, PNGs, and WebPs the browser can decode natively. Do not treat it as passport-photo compliance.
Does it OCR the page or rotate it?
No. Phones still save some stills sideways — check the preview before you send. There is no text layer. Merge PDF afterwards if you already have other PDF pages to append.
Are the photos uploaded to make the PDF?
No. Pages are written with pdf-lib in this tab. The file never leaves the device.
