Resize to exact pixels without an upload box

Forms that want 600×600 or 200 KB and 400 px wide are two different jobs. This page is the pixel job: width, height, or percent, aspect locked. Presets on the page are Width 1920, Width 1080, Height 1080, and 50%. The download keeps the source format and appends the new size to the filename.

It does not cover-crop to Instagram 3:4. That is Instagram grid resizer. It does not draw Reels safe zones. That is Social image cropper. Stretching a 100 px icon to 2000 px does not add detail.

Does this page crop to Instagram 3:4?
No. It scales with aspect locked — to a width, a height, or a percent. Presets are Width 1920, Width 1080, Height 1080, and 50%. For a 1080×1440 grid tile or a cover crop, use Instagram grid resizer or Social image cropper. Those pages exist because this one does not crop.
What format is the download?
The same as the source: JPEG stays JPEG (encoded at quality 0.92), PNG stays PNG, WebP stays WebP. The filename gets the new pixel size appended, for example photo-1920x1080.jpg.
Should I resize or compress first when a form wants 600×600 and 200 KB?
Resize first (this page is the pixel job), then Compress image for the kilobyte job. Stretching a 100 px icon to 2000 px does not add detail — crop on the cropper if the subject is off-centre.
Are images uploaded to resize them?
No. createImageBitmap and canvas run in this tab. Nothing is sent to a server.
